The loop
Hold the button and talk. There’s no wake word, so in a meeting it simply isn’t listening.

Design
Three material rules keep a serious tool from looking cheap. Every screen is checked against them.
No card glows on its own. Only what comes from the assistant is lit: a proposed write, an active step, the talk button. Your data stays matte.
Translucent, blurred panels live where the interface floats above everything: navigation, confirmations, subtitles. Data sits on solid slabs.
A bevel on top, a shadow below, a 2 px press. Everything that isn’t a control stays flat.
Confirmation gate
Speech recognition can mishear and an agent can misunderstand. So every change to your records arrives as a before-and-after with a timer — and when the timer runs out, the change is declined.

Not “write to the dashboard?” but the exact text: what it was and what it becomes.
A queue of dialogs would blur what you’re saying yes to.
A write triggered from a notification or a system assistant still comes back for confirmation.
Daily model
Meridian follows a strict model of the day: one critical outcome, two or three supporting tasks, and a deliberate list of what not to do today. A longer list is a warning sign, not a plan.
If the records don’t hold a figure, Meridian shows a dash and hatching instead of a guess. On a dashboard for decisions, a made-up number is worse than an empty space.
Reviews
The morning briefing and the weekly review play like a short narrated film. The agent directs the scenes, and each card flies out of the core exactly while it’s being discussed.
Opening
A scene without data isn’t padded with filler — it turns into a checklist of what’s missing.
Journal
Every entry records four facts, so you can always see how an answer was reached.
Settings say plainly what is stored, what isn’t, and how to take everything with you.
Platforms
